Benoit Boisseuil / Antoine Lemaire

Benoit Boisseuil has over 17 years’ experience as a private equity investor, M&A investment banker and strategy consultant across EMEA and Asia. He joined Astanor in 2024 in charge of the origination and execution of agrifoodtech growth equity investments. Prior to Astanor he worked for the food & ag focussed firm Cibus Capital where he was Investment Director for 3 years. He began to develop an expertise in agrifood while at AGIC Capital, the Asian/Europe buy-out fund ($2Bn AUM) since 2018,. He was involved in c. $300m of capital deployment, investing from $10 to $100m equity ticket. Prior to this, he was a M&A Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw c $6bn of successful deals on both sell-side and buy-side mandates in the green / energy transition sectors. Benoit started his career as a strategy consultant. He speaks French, English, Mandarin and Russian and holds an MBA from London Business School.
Antoine is a partner at Oaklins France, a leading mid-market M&A Advisor. He has extensive expertise in the consumer healthcare sector, having closed more than 20 deals in this field. Within this sector, Antoine has expertise in advising on disposals, acquisitions and fund-raising both in France and abroad. Notable corporate clients he has recently advised include Cocooncenter and Cooper.
Prior to joining Oaklins France in 2019, Antoine led an M&A boutique specializing in the consumer healthcare market particularly in nutraceutical sector.
Before that, he was a director at an industrial consulting firm within the Alan Allman Associates Group.
Antoine is also the owner of a regenerative agriculture farm in France and has a degree in engineering, with a specialization in corporate finance.
