Julie De Folleville

Julie de Folleville has a structured and varied background in marketing, media and management.
She began with a degree in marketing at Paris Pôle Alternance, completed on a work-study basis as an event project manager and community manager at AdesIDEESrh – DéciDRH (2010-2013). After two years of immersion studies in London, she joined the CFPJ in 2015. During this training, she completed a work-study programme at Equidia (2015-2017), where she developed skills in writing, framing and editing. She concluded her training with an end-of-study internship at Public Sénat, where she produced news items for the programme Sénat 360.
In 2017, she worked as a freelancer on an audiovisual communication campaign on disability for the Ministry of Agriculture, a project carried out via AdesIDEESrh.
Since 2017, Julie has been working at RCA Factory. Starting out as Brand Content Manager, she became Associate Director in 2021, then Managing Director in December 2023. In this role, she is responsible for customer loyalty, team management (30 employees), the organisation of operations and the strategic development of the agency.
Her career has been marked by complementary and varied experiences, combining expertise in marketing, audiovisual production and management.
