After obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Didier Maarek began his professional career by buying a pharmacy where he acquired his first experiences in patient monitoring. This period allowed him to develop a solid understanding of the issues related to listening and effective advice as well as a pragmatic and analytical approach to the challenges of the profession.
Over the years, he obtained an MBA in pharmacy marketing and then co-created the pharmacy chain “well&well”, gradually climbing the ladder of a 360° knowledge of the pharmacy market in France thanks to his commitment and his ability to innovate. His responsibilities evolved, leading him to manage large-scale projects, supervise teams and contribute to the strategic development of her company. He obtained 4 university degrees in nutrition/micronutrition (Healthy Food/Micronutrition, Sports Nutrition, Psychonutrition, Microbiota and Health at the Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris). This experience allowed him to refine his expertise in food supplements and natural medicines, and to design the creation of an own brand of about a hundred references based on his own formulations. He was thus able to acquire a global vision of the sector.
It was during this period that Didier Maarek became aware of the importance of transmitting knowledge and sharing experience. He began to speak at internal seminars, professional training and specialized conferences, addressing topics related to physiology, various pathologies and their therapeutic response through micronutrition. His pedagogical approach and his ability to popularize complex concepts quickly earned him recognition among his peers and a growing interest from companies and institutions wishing to benefit from his expertise.
With this experience and driven by the desire to support professionals in their development, he decided to devote himself regularly to intervention as a speaker.
