- 5 years’ experience as Sales Director in France (Lindt €470 million, Sanofi €650 million)
- Management of multi-functional teams (230+) including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing
- Responsibilities in negotiations with French and international purchasing groups (CWT, Copernic, Auchan International, Agecore, ICDC) for all distribution channels (HM-SM, Proxi, discounters, cash & carry, e-commerce, out-of-home, French overseas departments and territories, Africa export, pharmacies, speciality stores)
- Management of sales forces (200+), creation and reorganisation of sales forces, delivering results (2 LSA trophies – sales force no. 1 and no. 3 in 2015 and 2018 for sweet grocery products)
- Management of business units, categories and commercial policies in more than 20 different markets (baby care, sweet and savoury groceries, confectionery, beverages, detergents, hygiene and beauty products, perfumes, shaving products, dental care, small electrical appliances, pain relief, digestion, food supplements, etc.)
- Marketing and Digital Marketing / extensive experience in brand portfolio management (40+) and innovation launches (30+) / Purchasing
- P&L management up to the operating margin / Revenue and smart pricing management / Cost killing, cost reduction projects & operating expenses / lean management
- Strong commitment and involvement, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit / focused on results and growth by engaging teams / experience in change management and organisational transformation / Flexible, strong ability to find solutions, to think strategically, obsessed with excellence in execution and customer satisfaction
